Purpose of the project

Strengthening the capacity of regional civic (Resource) Centers for NGOs

Project objectives

• Organization of the activities of the Republican Civic Center for NGOs. Conducting an analysis and assessment of the activities of regional resource centers based on the developed key performance indicators (KPIs) in 2021
• To assess the needs of improving the mechanisms of state financing of NGOs according to the developed methodology in 2021. Preparation of an analytical report with the development of recommendations
• Development of a methodology for assessing the needs of the population and its testing in the context of Regions and various target groups. Preparation of an analytical report with the development of recommendations for state bodies on the topics of state social order, grant financing
• Testing the implementation of the developed standard of work of regional resource centers in 2021. Improving the quality of consulting, methodological, educational, informational and other types of services by standardizing the activities of the state institution

The expected result of the project

• is the functioning of the republican civic center, as well as the creation of at least 10 new regional resource centers, including through grant funding from local executive bodies.
• In the course of supporting NGOs, at least 500 consulting services and at least 20 methodological services will be provided.
• As part of the educational component of the project, at least 5 training events will be held for regional civic centers, as well as seminars for representatives of authorized officials of local executive bodies on interaction with civil society institutions
